Welcome to St Bartholomew's. We are a small, friendly Church of England primary school located in the village of West Pinchbeck, where we are able to enjoy uninterrupted views of the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside and open skies. We currently have 99 children on roll, who are taught in four mixed age classes. Being a small school we are able to ensure that every child really does matter, and this is confirmed in our most recent Ofsted report which states, "Pupils are known and feel valued as individuals and are proud of their school. Across the school, in many different and often small ways, adults acknowledge the pupils, fostering their confidence and self-esteem."
It is our aim to provide an education experience that excites, inspires and motivates our children to achieve their very best in all areas of the curriculum. We ensure that children are taught the skills they need to become independent and confident learners, problem solvers, team players and above all to be responsible and caring individuals.
We hope that our website gives you a flavour of our school. Please contact us if you would like to arrange a visit, we would be delighted to show you around and give you the opportunity to meet our staff and pupils.
We look forward to meeting you.
Mrs. Michelle Parker, Acting Head Teacher
